Edmonds, WA (PRWEB) September 26, 2013 -- The renowned Puget Sound Surgical Center announces the addition of Dr. Jedediah A. Kaufman, effective immediately. Dr. Kaufman will join the expert surgical team to perform both Advanced Laparoscopic Bariatric Surgery and Advanced Laparoscopic General Surgery.
Dr. Kaufman brings over eight years of laparoscopic bariatric surgical experience to the team. After attending medical school at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Kaufman completed his general surgical residency at the University of Washington. After further training in advanced laparoscopic solid organ, colon, and pancreatic surgery as well as robotic surgery, Dr. Kaufman created specialized techniques in advanced abdominal wall reconstruction for the treatment of hernias and complex bariatric surgery. His expertise in advanced techniques in both general and bariatric surgeries allows Dr. Kaufman and Puget Sound Surgical Center to continue to improve patients’ quality of life by providing solutions in areas of weight loss and abdominal weakness.
