DreamOn is a lightweight, discreet band that is worn primarily to prepare for sleep but can also be used for relaxation, and to help hone in on meditation skills. It works by emitting pulsations that mimic the body's slowest brain waves, which initiate restorative sleep the body needs. This phenomenon is known as entrainment, where the nervous system adopts patterns of external signals to create coveted responses, like relaxation.
"The American Sleep Association reports that 50-70 million adults in the United States have trouble getting enough sleep on a regular basis.
