Pushpin analyzed the county's 34,351 parcels in 4 weeks. Pushpin found that 3,713 parcels (11%) had property changes between 2017 and 2020. Property changes included additions, construction, decks, flatwork, garages, new homes, pools, and sheds. Pushpin estimated an assessed value increase of $150,970,000 associated with the changes.
