QA Mentor has established a new strategic Robotics Automation and Monitoring division from a separate New York-based entity – Step One Step Ahead, LLC. It will operate under the umbrella of QA Mentor, Inc. and concentrate on providing an array of additional services and capabilities around Robotic Process Automation, Robotic Test Automation and Training & Education space.
Swati Gaonkar, co-founder and newly appointed Managing Director of Step One Step Ahead, LLC. will be heading this strategic Robotic Process Automation division concentrating on supporting banking, retail, ecommerce sectors. Swati has 17+ years of experience in leading & managing application development, quality assurance, support & maintenance projects. She has delivered over 100+ software projects in multiple domains internationally. She has been instrumental in expanding the STEP's footprint in various industry verticals and geographies. She brings value in projects with her agility. Swati has led many innovative initiatives in various domains, especially bringing technological evolution in Robotics Service Spectrum, along with product development and consulting. Swati's excellent test-driving ability that involves strategic roadmap planning, project management, understanding customer's needs, building innovative products, coaching, guiding, and building high performance teams will be a huge addition to QA Mentor's Management team.
