LAKELAND, Fla., Dec. 5, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Qgiv, a leading provider of nonprofit fundraising technology, ends 2019 with a record number of enhancements and new products designed to fill gaps in the fundraising industry and respond to client feedback with creative solutions.
"We're continually looking for new ways to make fundraising easier for the thousands of nonprofits we serve," said Todd Baylis, CEO and Co-Founder of Qgiv, Inc. "Each piece of fundraising technology we offer is part of our complete solution that helps organizations save time, raise more, better communicate with their donors, and facilitate multi-channel giving—all of which can be done on a single platform."
The year's biggest enhancements and launches included:
- Auction and event management platform: A tool that gives donors the ability to bid on and purchase auction items through Qgiv's user-friendly donation app, Givi. Clients enjoy a simpler event management experience using integrated tools like multi-guest ticketing, item importing, and an invitation system so guests can send tickets to their friends and family.
- Text fundraising tools: Part of the new Mobile Suite package, nonprofit organizations now have the ability to capture donations by text, send outbound text messages, build subscription lists, live screencast text campaigns, and send reminder text messages to encourage donors to complete pledged donations. Bill-to-carrier text fundraising is also available.
- Facebook fundraisers integration: Nonprofits and their supporters can leverage their Facebook networks to raise more money with Facebook fundraisers that actively sync to the organization's Qgiv peer-to-peer event.
- Self-service pricing: In support of Qgiv's no-contract flexibility, clients now have the freedom to add or remove fundraising tool packages right from their account dashboard whenever it fits their campaign needs.
- Form comparison tool: This enhancement makes it possible for clients to compare their donation forms' performance, identify trends, and run A/B form tests.
- Peer-to-peer recurring giving: Users participating in a Qgiv peer-to-peer campaign can now set up recurring donations, giving nonprofits the opportunity to raise even more through their events.
"The majority of the enhancements we made over the last year were in direct response to client feedback and requests," said Jennifer Mansfield, Vice President of Customer Experience. "The feedback we get from clients is discussed company-wide and is used to enhance the overall user experience within our fundraising tools. The request for peer-to-peer recurring giving came straight from a client, went directly to our development team for discussion, and was implemented in the peer-to-peer platform to offer donors another way to support the organizations they love. We now get to see firsthand how useful this is for our other clients."
Qgiv's major enhancements, product launches, and many other improvements made during 2019 further the company's mission to provide a comprehensive fundraising platform for nonprofits and fundraising teams. Self-serve pricing, peer-to-peer recurring donations, and the form comparison tool exist within Qgiv's full fundraising suite, providing users with the ability to manage peer-to-peer campaigns, online giving, event registration, text fundraising, auctions, and more from a central location.
