Quality Labor Management Announces New Owner Operator for Expansion
Sanford, FL (PRWEB) July 30, 2013 -- The leadership team at Quality Labor Management (QLM) is pleased to announce the addition of Janis Ivory to the QLM team. She is the sixth owner operator to be added to QLM’s Owner Operator/Partnership program. Ivory has signed on to be responsible for building the foundation of QLM’s expansion into Georgia with the opening of a staffing and recruiting office in the Atlanta area.
Ivory has over seven years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, with placement expertise in skilled labor, light industrial, production and professional services. She has built a successful career out of enthusiasm and skill in fostering healthy relationships in the staffing industry. Ivory has a true talent for both providing great service, but also being able to meet and fill the high demands that are so common to skilled staffing.
“As a national firm, Quality Labor Management is excited to have Janis on board to build the QLM brand in such a labor-rich market. Georgia is right in our backyard, and we’re anxious to see the possibilities,” says Mark Lang, President and CEO of QLM.
Lang adds, “Janis brings a wealth of knowledge, a proven track record and valued relationships to the table. Her customer service excellence complements the QLM brand and is essential to our mission statement and philosophy.”
QLM is headquartered in Sanford, Florida and has offices throughout Florida, Arizona, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas and South Carolina. QLM is a national professional staffing and recruiting firm with extraordinary talent specializing in workforce management for a wide array of industries. The company offers over 100 years of combined experience and top industry leaders for staffing and recruiting.
Clients have peace of mind knowing that QLM removes the human resource burden allowing them to focus on the productivity and success of their business. Clients also rest assured that the recruiters will walk the extra mile to select the right person for the job. QLM focuses on delivering quality not quantity, to any workforce team.
With the staffing industry at its prime, QLM has shifted its business model to attract owner operators for each location. Rather than relying on a corporate-heavy business operation, Lang and his team seek seasoned staffing experts with an entrepreneurial drive and passion to own and operate their own business. Owner operators must have experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, allowing less time needed for training and relationship building. Through this partnership program, QLM has been able to expand into five states throughout the southern United States in one single year.
Lang adds “It’s an ideal situation for entrepreneurs. There is no ceiling to how much an owner operator can make. The staffing industry is at its prime especially with the Affordable Care Act. Organizations are going to have to get creative with their staffing solutions just to keep their doors open.”
