Deep integration empowers remote bid and sales teams to close more deals faster.

Qorus helps sales teams generate proposals quickly and consistently from opportunity records in Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. It also serves up the most relevant pieces of content for each phase in a customer engagement based on opportunity data.

Qorus, the sales enablement and proposal management platform for remote sales and proposal teams, announced today that, in addition to its Salesforce integration, it now
connects into Microsoft Dynamics 365 so that sales teams can find and use content customized to every stage in their customer engagements - directly from their CRM.

Built on Microsoft Azure, Qorus seamlessly integrates with the full Microsoft 365 Office suite, Teams, OneDrive, and CRM systems like Salesforce and Dynamics 365. This empowers sales and bid teams to close more deals faster – from their remote work locations.

“Qorus helps sales teams generate proposals quickly and consistently with just a few clicks from their CRM opportunity record. It also serves up the most relevant pieces of content for each phase in a customer engagement based on opportunity data. And now all these actions can be done inside of Dynamics 365 and Salesforce,” explains Ray Meiring, CEO of Qorus.

Users can easily click on the search icon in the Qorus for Dynamics 365 navigation bar to search content libraries and select the content they want to recommend or include in their sales opportunities.

Specialized proposal and bid teams have always used Qorus extensively, and now with WFH and remote working scenarios in full effect, the company is seeing a big push for sales teams to respond to less complex RFPs themselves using the platform. For a salesperson, this journey starts by using Qorus in the opportunity record in CRM.

With the help of Qorus, Long View Systems has seen a significant change in its content management, enabling the team to produce high-quality proposals and accelerating turnaround time when it comes to RFP responses.

Tracie Bretecher, Manager of Sales Operations at Long View Systems, says: “Long View’s proposal team has been using Qorus for many years and have rolled it out to our global sales team. The Dynamics CRM integration will be a key way that our sales team can self-service by creating proposals themselves, right from CRM, where they work each day.”

Meiring concludes: “Qorus brings your best minds and content together to create proposals that win. It is essential that your sales team has every tool available to respond to each new sales opportunity and win more business. With Qorus, you’ll deliver customized proposals in minutes instead of hours, using pre-approved, and branded content. You also gain valuable insights to create smart follow up.”
