Under the partnership agreement, QualDerm will provide the practice with management support, guidance and capital for growth.
Barrett & Geiss, with locations in Lancaster and Granville, provides general dermatology, surgical dermatology and cosmetic services. The practice was founded by James L. Barrett, MD. Its current clinical staff includes two board-certified dermatologists, David F. Geiss, DO, FAOCD, and Michael Duffey, MD, FAAD, as well as two certified physician assistants. Dr. Geiss, who specializes in dermatologic surgery, served as the Chief Resident, Dermatology and Dermatological Surgery at the Gulf-South Medical and Surgical Institute of St. Jude Medical Center in New Orleans. He is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology. Dr. Duffey served as Chief Resident during his Dermatology and Pediatric residencies at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. He is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
