QualityIP, a Weatherhead 100 honoree for the past two years, continues to grow with the addition of six new team members. The Dispatch Team now includes Mackenzie Anderson and Erin Girton. David Heiss and Jonathan Bender are the newest HelpDesk Technicians, while Corey Rader joined QualityIP as an Onsite Technician, and Dave Klatka was hired as a Managed IT Team Leader. These additions to the staff bring the total number of employees at QualityIP to fifty, and the company is expected to continue to grow steadily throughout 2019.
QualityIP is also expanding its service area. The company, currently headquartered in Kent, has two additional locations in Northeast Ohio and recently opened an office in Fort Myers, Florida. They are rapidly expanding their footprint across the country and serve clients in other states as well.
CEO Ryan Markham noted, “2018 was a big year for us, and we look forward to everything 2019 will bring. We plan to continue to extend our services to more states. We have positioned ourselves to become a national HelpDesk with readily available local onsite support. Each of these new team members brings the skills we need to serve our customers better wherever they are located.”
Markham continued, “Our HelpDesk is one of the few based in Ohio that is staffed until 11 PM during the week and on weekends too. Although our IT technicians are on-call 24 hours a day, every day of the year, clients value the quick response these extended hours offer outside of the regular nine to five business day. Our goal is to be there when our clients need us.”
