Jain is Chief Product Officer at Optimizely, where she has led the company's transformation to an AI-native product organization and launched its agentic AI platform for marketing.
Jain joins the board as Quantum Workplace expands its use of AI to help leaders turn fragmented talent data into actionable insights they'd otherwise miss. While organizations have access to more workforce data than ever, only 40% of HR leaders say they're able to analyze their talent data and gain actionable insights, and just 32% say they make constructive changes based on those insights, according to HR.com research.

Jain began her career as a software engineer and moved into product management to get closer to the problems customers were trying to solve. She has held leadership roles across public, venture capital and private equity companies focused on innovation as a lever to drive high growth. She joined Tableau just after its IPO, where she was part of the core product team behind its shift to cloud and subscription pricing. Later, she ran product for the Customer XM and Brand XM solutions at Qualtrics as its customer experience business scaled from $30 million to almost $500 million in annual recurring revenue. She also led the product and strategy team for Power BI at Microsoft and held product roles at Box through its IPO. At Optimizely, which she joined as Chief Product Officer in 2023, she has led the effort to consolidate multiple acquisitions into one platform, accelerating innovation and the shift to an AI-native product and organization.
