Quantum Leaps’ CEO Jennifer Bisceglie and Co-Founder Virginia Littlejohn to Speak at the W20 in Berlin
Washington, DC (PRWEB) April 22, 2017 -- Quantum Leaps, Inc. whose mission is to promote women’s entrepreneurship as a means of driving quantifiable economic growth at the national, regional, and global levels, announced today that CEO Jennifer Bisceglie and Co-Founder Virginia Littlejohn will be speaking next week at the Women-20 (W20) Summit in Berlin. The W20 is the engagement group established by the G20 to focus on promoting gender-inclusive economic growth.
The mandate for the W20 helps realize progress on the stated G20 commitments of advancing the economic and social participation of women, expanding the financial participation and education of women, and reducing the gender gap in economic participation rates in G20 countries by 25 percent by 2025. According to the W20, additional areas of focus include promoting women’s entrepreneurship, women’s leadership in business and the public sector, digital inclusion, financial inclusion, and steps to further gender economic inclusiveness.
Quantum Leaps serves at the vanguard of support for women-owned businesses internationally, from increased access to markets, especially public procurements, vocalizing the need to have inclusive finance opportunities, to encouraging knowledge sharing and networking. Being held in Berlin, the W20 Dialogue Forum event will be live streamed through W20’s website, http://www.w20-germany.org. German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel will receive the final Summit communique. Ivanka Trump will also be in attendance at the event representing the United States.
