Quest Healthcare Solutions Announces Annual Initiative, Honoring Locum Tenens

In conjunction with National Locum Tenens Week, Quest Healthcare Solutions has announced its annual initiative to honor the temporary physicians who provide coverage at medical facilities combatting the current U.S doctor shortage.

“Quest Healthcare Solutions is pleased to join in recognizing the physicians and healthcare facilities that are answering the call for care,” said Doug Shaener, CEO and co-founder of Quest Healthcare Solutions. “At Quest, we recognize the difficulties associated with staffing a healthcare team and strive to serve as a valued partner as the demand for temporary staffing continues to rise.”

The mission of QHS is to serve as a resource for healthcare facilities and physicians nationwide by pairing temporary physicians with facilities who are experiencing physician vacancies, specialty growth, or require respite for their current physicians’ call, vacation, and holiday schedules.

National Locum Tenens Week occurs the second full week in August each year. Led by the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations® (NALTO®), the program’s annual platform provides the staffing industry a forum to collectively recognize the vital role that locum tenens doctors serve in the delivery of medicine today.

About NALTO® (https://www.nalto.org): The National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations® (NALTO®) is the only professional association of temporary physician staffing firms committed to a code of ethics and to maintaining the highest industry standards.
