Diaz brings more than 5 years of experience in scaling startups and growing small businesses. In her new role, Diaz will be responsible for developing and executing Rally for Safety's marketing strategy.

Cate Diaz joins the Rally for Safety executive team after years in marketing and operations, specifically focused on startups. Through previous positions at Voices of Impact and Three Pillars Realty, she brings an operations background to her marketing endeavors through implementing procedure and carefully monitoring analytics. She is a graduate of SUNY Dutchess.
Diaz joins the Rally for Safety team just after the company's launch in early July 2019. The business debuted its first wearable emergency alert button and mobile app digital platform, which delivers safety on-demand by giving the user the option to alert his or her designated contacts, the powerful Rally community, and/or the authorities. Rally for Safety currently has partnerships with colleges in Texas, including a pilot program with the University of Texas at Dallas' Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
