"This pilot program with Rally for Safety is a direct result of a partnership we launched with Capital Factory. Just as UT Dallas student- and alumni-led startups are provided access to the Capital Factory network, we are open to opportunities with Capital Factory-hosted member companies wanting to partner with the Institute. We look forward to more situations like this one when our student body and other UT Dallas stakeholders can provide a valuable feedback loop for startups at our partners."
Rally for Safety and the Institute connected through their joint relationship with Capital Factory, The pilot program is slated to work with 100 UT Dallas students, who will be among the first to use the Rally for Safety technology. All of the pilot program participants will receive a free Rally wearable button and access to the premium version of the Rally for Safety app, which features including 911 monitoring, the Rally on-demand community, GPS alerts to selected friends and family, and the signature Rally check-in alerts.
