RangeWater Hires Leader for fast growing Southwest Region
RangeWater Real Estate has hired Tracie Yoder as managing director overseeing property management in the Southwest Region. Yoder, based in Houston, will oversee operations and business development across Sun Belt states including Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Texas. She is part of RangeWater's growing team in the region.
ATLANTA, Feb. 3, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- RangeWater Real Estate has hired Tracie Yoder as managing director overseeing property management in the Southwest Region.
Yoder will oversee operations and business development across Sun Belt states including Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Texas. She is part of RangeWater's growing team in the region, including Erica Herald, a senior regional director based in Scottsdale, Arizona, MichaelOliver in Salt Lake City, and Kimberly Sperry in Denver. Yoder is based in Houston.

Yoder began her multifamily career in 1989, and has worked in property management for top national multifamily companies including Greystar, U.S. Residential, Riverstone Residential, Barvin and Avenue5.
Yoder's expertise includes developing strategies to exceed income and occupancy goals; market analyses; due diligence; complex property renovations and capital projects; product positioning strategies; marketing and branding campaigns; all aspects of budgeting, from reforecasts to detailed reports for property owners; as well as negotiating with suppliers and building high-performance teams.

Yoder is a San Antonio, Texas native who grew up with construction in her blood, she says, as many in her family had careers in the construction industry.
Yoder currently is in her second year as vice president at large for the Houston Apartment Association, a board on which she's served since 2012. She's also a Texas Apartment Association alternate and National Apartment Association delegate.
Yoder enjoys spending time with her bull mastiff puppy and family in the Texas Hill Country.
