TOPS Software is in talks to acquire larger corporate offices in the Feather Sound area.

TOPS Software is selling its current building to a Pinellas County area school. When asked what prompted the decision to sell, President & CEO Mike Hardy commented, "We're growing at such a rapid pace! We're having to ask our current employees to work remotely to make room for new team members." The proposed new building will provide significant space for new employees and additional meeting areas.
The news of the decision to move to a new, larger corporate office comes on the heels of TOPS Software's announcement of the expansion of its management team through new talent acquisition and internal promotions. With 35 new employees added since mid-2018, and plans in effect for similar employee growth over the next 12 – 18 months, this move will allow TOPS Software to continue talent recruitment and provide a collaborative workspace where growing teams can expedite product development and service delivery for the company and its clients.
