Rapidly Growing Tech Company FullStory Finds 4X Larger Headquarters in Atlanta to Accelerate Hiring
FullStory Crafting Unique Headquarters for Its Expanding Family of Creatives and Technologists Working to Build a More Perfect Online Experience
ATLANTA, September 20, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- FullStory has signed an agreement to lease a 49,200 square foot commercial space for its new company headquarters in Atlanta. The next home for the customer experience analytics provider backed by Kleiner Perkins, Google Ventures, and Salesforce Ventures will be approximately four times larger than its current offices near SweetWater Brewery. The new space will not only provide more elbow room for the company's rapidly growing team, but will also be a one-of-a-kind workspace befitting FullStory's passionate band of computer science geeks and customer experience enthusiasts.
FullStory's relocation will repurpose retail space fronting Peachtree Street near Midtown Atlanta at 1745 Peachtree Street NE. The spot offers easy walkability to over a dozen local restaurants, commuter-friendly access to Buford Highway and 75/85, and public transportation options through MARTA. FullStory will be a marquee, anchor tenant when the new headquarters is completed in late Spring 2019.
Bruce Johnson, FullStory co-founder and COO, shared how the company's experience-focused culture helped narrow the search. "Why do our customers adopt FullStory to deliver an extraordinary experience for their users? Because the tech world is hyper-competitive, and, among the countless websites and apps, their users want a unique and wonderful digital experience. Similar logic applies to building world-class tech teams. Bright, creative people in technology can snap their fingers and get a job anywhere they choose, so it's important to us that our office reflects the ways working at FullStory is meant to be a unique and wonderful life experience."
As a result, FullStory spent many months with brokers Joel & Granot scouting out the perfect new headquarters location. With the decision made, FullStory co-founder and CEO Scott Voigt is excited to spread the news, "Our new HQ has so much to offer. It dodges the skyscraper mono-culture and grounds us in a former retail space centrally located on Peachtree. We plan to reinvent that space into an innovative work environment that also gives us the room we need to grow." Voigt continues, "We are attracting very special people to join FullStory — leaders at their crafts. And we can't wait for them to call our new headquarters `home.`"
The location of Fulltory's new headquarters is owned by Selig Enterprises. Selig is a family-owned and operated real estate company with a portfolio of more than 15 million square feet of commercial properties throughout the Southeast with major developments in Midtown and Downtown Atlanta.
