Mr. Victoria was previously a part of the UnitedHealth Group, overseeing the organization's financial performance and leading medical economics for Florida. He brings more than ten years' experience to Genuine Health Group.

While at UnitedHealthcare, Mr. Victoria oversaw more than 500,000 Medicare patients in Florida. He saved the company over $65 million through innovative uses of data analytics, which helped him identify medical cost savings opportunities. In addition, Mr. Victoria developed, implemented, and supported the new data warehouse solution for Medicare in 2011 and directed data integration between Preferred Care Partners and Medica Health Plan in 2013.
