Reporting to Vice President and General Manager Duane Barnes, LeBlanc is responsible for overseeing the teams that manage implementation, service delivery, client support, project management, and systems architecture.
LeBlanc brings with her over 15 years of implementation and leadership experience from multiple industries. She has extensive knowledge in learning and development, process excellence, business analytics, and program management, which will bring value to the RapidScale team as they continue to support customer lifecycles from pre-sales to implementation and retention. Previously, she was the director of global operations for Stats Platform, a sports technology firm, where she built teams responsible for business intelligence and insights, customer education, operational L&D, and customer experience operations. LeBlanc also led global strategy and learning at Amplify and Revolution Prep. She is diversely skilled in driving cross-functional initiatives, designing and leading managed services engagements, and building innovative customer enablement programming on a global scale.
