RapidScale, a Cox Business company, welcomes Matt Hawkins as the new cloud solutions consultant for Alabama and Georgia. Hawkins focuses on developing channel partner relationships in his region. Reporting to Director of Sales East, Brian Baker, he provides partner support and resources to the channel so partners are equipped to maximize their revenue through RapidScale’s “as a service” solutions.

Hawkins brings over 10 years of IT services and consulting experience to the role with considerable knowledge in enterprise software, unified communications, and cloud computing. Prior to RapidScale, he was a channel account manager at Avaya and had previously held sales and account management roles at 1Source International and PGi. He has substantial business acumen, skilled at new business development, lead generation, customer relationship management, and complex solution selling.
