Park City, UT (PRWEB) February 13, 2014 -- Former Judge Ray Harding has announced the availability of mediation services in the state of Utah. Harding is well-versed in matters that need to be resolved in mediation, and has been involved in the legal field as a lawyer, judge or mediator for more than 35 years since his graduation from BYU Law School.
