RE/MAX Realtor Carey Chapman Commemorates 10th Anniversary
BILLINGS, Mont. Additionally, Chapman recently opened a new mortgage brokerage, Motto Mortgage of Billings. “RE/MAX picked us to be the fourth office open and we are one of the first Motto Mortgage franchises open ever,” noted Chapman. “The quality and turnaround time of our loan process is very impressive and unique.”

Chapman has always been an entrepreneur and started investing in property as a young 18-year-old. She always believed that real estate was the way to create wealth and security. “I made a career change from corporate America to Realtor. In 2003 I started with a small real estate company as a new Realtor and in 2008 purchased RE/MAX of Billings from the owner of 23 years,” added Chapman. “The love I have for real estate is based on the rewarding experience of truly helping people, helping them build a portfolio for their future and create financial freedom. My goal is to continue to educate people, create hope and prosperity and build dreams one at a time.”
Chapman specializes in listing residential, new construction, and investment real estate. As a buyer’s agent her goal is to educate and facilitate a purchase she can resell later if needed. “Negotiating is my forte and I am a huge asset for sellers and buyers,” concluded Chapman. “You want me on your side whether you are buying or selling.”
