As CEO, Tushaus will be responsible for revenue generating business initiatives and leading the overall strategy for growth.
Throughout her tenure at RE/MAX Results, Tushaus has held a variety of roles including IT Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Recruiting, and most recently COO.
"All of these roles have allowed me to develop personal relationships with our customers - the Sales Executives - and not a lot of CEOs can say that," stated Tushaus. "Having my feet in the street for so many years has really helped me get to know our customer. I know what they want, what they need to succeed, and I think I'm well suited for this role."
