(ASPG) has announced the release of ReACT v6.1, the self-service password reset and synchronization tool designed to automate the password reset process, improve corporate security controls, and take a workload off the help desk.
ReACT v6.1 boasts a complete UI overhaul for the Helpdesk and Admin portals, with appropriate updates made to provide a more modern feel and increased user friendliness. This new version of ReACT is built using Google's Material Design 3 standard, which is known for its intuitive and user-friendly interface. The Table Options & Menu for Event Logs have been updated to allow users quicker access to the various actions.
ReACT v6.1 has been designed with responsive design principles in mind, making it mobile-friendly and easily accessible on any device. The Helpdesk and Admin portal are now fully customizable with auto-dismissing alerts, swipe able cards, auto-collapsing menus, and quick action menus have been introduced to improve usability and action speed.
The Helpdesk now supports Bypass Force Enrollment, Revoke Image Recognition, and DUO & RSA authentication, which can be managed within the Admin Portal managed system section. Additionally, Customizable RSFs for ActiveX Script Systems have been made available, increasing ease of use and allowing for greater customizations for systems of this type. A caller verification feature has been developed within the Helpdesk portal, providing verification of users for sites handling sensitive data. Finally, new event auditing features are available within the Administration portal, allowing for a full breakdown of user events. This data can be exported and saved for further review, providing administrators with in-depth metrics on how ReACT is being used.
