The completion of the app marks a new era for NestBuilder, as the launch coincides with significant traffic growth from real estate agents and users alike. The timing of the release comes after a successful test of the NestBuilder platform. Results were taken from 1,500 real estate agents who participated in a “free trial” of the NestBuilder Agent platform. The website helps agents, with or without listings, market themselves to prospective clients. NestBuilder reported a month-over-month traffic increase of 92% from August to September, which can be attributed to a growing number of consumers using the site to browse listing videos and contact agents.

To this end both the Nestbuilder Mobile consumer app and the EzFlix agent app will be integrated into the site shortly. While it is still in its early days, the traffic increase is encouraging.
