Realis Navigate lets technology partners answer their customers' AI questions without building an advisory practice to do it. Two tracks, one for ISVs co-selling and one for resellers, put a principal-level advisor into any account on the partner's terms.
PORTLAND, Ore., Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Realis Solutions Group, LLC, an Oregon-based AI and emerging risk advisory firm, today is announcing Realis Navigate, a partner program that lets software vendors, resellers, distributors and solution providers bring a senior AI advisor into a customer account without building that expertise themselves. The advisor is available when the account needs one, rather than after a hiring cycle or a practice build. Realis Navigate is built around a distinction the firm considers central to the current market: a business does not earn a return because it adopted AI or deployed it, but because it can use it effectively.
Realis advises across the full arc of making AI work inside a business, from how a system is built, to how it is adopted, to how it is governed once it is running. The firm's role is to establish the structural business requirements that make effective use possible, including decision rights, data boundaries, accountability, controls and the measures that show whether the investment is returning anything, and to connect those requirements to the work the customer is actually trying to do. The result for the customer is value sooner and with less risk carried along the way.
Founded in August 2025, the firm advises executive teams and boards at the intersection of artificial intelligence, security, policy, and enterprise risk. Engagements follow a consistent pattern rather than a fixed methodology: assess the opportunity and what stands between the business and it, analyze the governance, program structure and success measures required to pursue it, then guide the work into production use at scale that returns a measurable benefit. Delivery is principal-led, fixed-scope and vendor-agnostic, with an emphasis the firm describes as evidence first, named owners, and decisions a client can defend to a board, a regulator, an insurer or a court.
Built around how partners actually sell
Realis built the program from its own experience on both sides of partner relationships, where the hardest thing to ask of a partner is commitment to a program that feels one-sided. Realis Navigate has no tiers, no annual sales commitments and no fixed product stack a partner must adopt whole. Partners decide which opportunities to bring Realis into and how far to take the relationship, one account at a time. Realis expands what a partner can address in a customer account, bringing advisory expertise alongside the partner so the customer gets clear, expert guidance and a solution that fits.
"Partners have been offered plenty of programs that ask them to commit to a number and take a stack as it comes," said Mike Reed, Co-Founder and COO of Realis Solutions Group. "We built the opposite. A partner brings us into the accounts where their customer needs the AI question answered, keeps their own solution at the center, and we work the AI question alongside them. Our interest is in making our partners more relevant to their customers, and that only works if we are additive."
Navigate for ISVs
Navigate for ISVs is a co-sell relationship for independent software vendors whose products contain AI, and for companies selling AI-enabling infrastructure and services. When a vendor's customer reaches a decision point on adoption, on a build approach or on governance, the vendor introduces Realis, and a short, senior, fixed-scope engagement gives the customer the structure and the evidence to move.
There is no revenue sharing in this track and no reseller agreement to sign. The two firms work under a mutual non-disclosure agreement and make a joint introduction to the customer. The vendor's return is the deal itself, accelerated and frequently larger, because a customer who knows how it will use, measure and govern a system buys with more conviction and broader scope.
"Time-to-deployment is worth measuring, and so is what comes after it," said Emily Soward, Co-Founder, CEO and Chief AI Officer of Realis Solutions Group. "Nobody earns a return on a deployed solution. They earn it when the business can actually use the thing, which means someone has decided who owns it, what data it may touch, what it is allowed to do and how anyone would know if it stopped working. Our job is to bring that clarity quickly, and to be selective about what we tell a client is worth doing."
Navigate for Resellers
Navigate for Resellers is a resale relationship for value-added resellers, distributors and solution providers, including AWS partners assembling multi-product solutions for their customers. Partners in this track list and sell the Realis catalog of AI advisory services to their own customers, adding a business-side AI competency to their portfolio without hiring for one.
Realis operates a buy-sell model. The reseller purchases each service at a fixed partner cost, sets its own price to the customer, and retains the difference. Realis performs all services directly under its own master services agreement with the customer, so partners carry no delivery obligation, no certification requirement and no inventory. Realis has sold through the channel under earlier individual reseller agreements, and Navigate for Resellers standardizes those terms and opens the arrangement to new partners.
The track also carries program benefits. Realis provides pre-sales support, including discovery, scoping and solution presentations, at no charge on qualified opportunities, along with partner enablement and co-sell materials. Deal registration, opportunity protection and pricing terms are set out in the program guide.
Availability
Realis Navigate is open now to U.S.-based companies. Firms interested in either track can reach the Realis partner team at [email protected] or at [https://realissolutions.com/partners.html]. Navigate for ISVs begins with a mutual non-disclosure agreement and a conversation. Navigate for Resellers begins with a mutual non-disclosure agreement, which provides access to the program documents and the partner agreement, followed by an executed partner program agreement.
