The transaction was made by Mary Allen Realty, Inc of Ship Bottom, NJ who specializes in Long Beach Island, NJ vacation rentals and real estate. Stay Protection allows RealTimeRental clients to offer full or partial refunds to their short-term rental guests in the event of rainy weather during their vacation week. Enabled by RealTimeRental, a property manager can seamlessly add Stay Protection when creating a vacation rental booking in the software.

The current Stay Protection software program enables RealTimeRental clients to refund renters either a portion of the rent or the entire week's rental expense, if it rains more than a specified amount on 4 or more days of a weekly rental. Stay Protection is powered by AccuWeather and CX Markets, a U.S. regulated exchange and affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald. Rainfall measurements are confirmed by AccuWeather and taken from weather stations located near the rental properties.
