Realtor and Philanthropist Kristen Weardon to Chair Path2Freedom Benefit
Premiere Plus Realty Realtor and philanthropist Kristen Weardon was recently honored by Path2Freedom who asked her to be honorary chair for its Red Gala, a fundraising event to benefit rescued human trafficking victims.
NAPLES, Fla., March 6, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- It might come as a shock to most people that there are approximately 27 million humans in slavery in the world today, and more than 50 percent of them are children. Additionally, Florida has one of the highest occurrences of human trafficking in the United States, usually ranking in the Top 3.
In order to support rescued human trafficking victims in southwest Florida, Path2Freedom, whose mission is to create hope and healing for child victims of this crime by providing safe environments and long-term programs for recovery, will be hosting its 2019 Red Gala on Saturday, November 2. The fundraising event takes place at The Hilton of Naples, 5111 Tamiami Trail N., Naples, FL 34103.

The Red Gala will include a cocktail reception, gourmet dinner, dancing and luxury live and silent auctions. Tickets are $225 per person, with tables of 10 available at $2,000.
