If you can pay your mortgage and taxes, you’ll have a roof over your head,” said Smigel.
Smigel opened her own real estate brokerage, the Margie Smigel Group, after spending many years doing honest, careful, creative real estate. Her goal was to create the kind of business that reflects the specific alchemy of the way she works, based on her years of experience. During the course of her distinguished 30-year career, Smigel has become revered for her client-first philosophy.
