One of the fastest growing U.S. franchisors announced late last year that it secured the rights to Realty ONE Group in Western Canada and now, in less than three months, that region has opened its first office.
Realty ONE Group Insider, located in Leduc, Alberta, celebrated with a soft launch opening on Jan. 17. The office becomes the inaugural international office for the Laguna Niguel-based franchisor and is co-owned by Dan Rowland and Merrick Duggan.

Rowland and Duggan had the help of Realty ONE Group of Western Canada President and Regional Director Shami Sandhu, combining 25 years of real estate experience to open the new office that will serve southern Edmonton, Leduc County and Wetaskiwin County.
