Previously, Baker served as Broker/Partner with a RE/MAX brokerage in Raleigh for over 17 years where she was instrumental in helping her office become one of the top 100 RE/MAX brokerages closing over $1 billion in production for many years. She also served as Senior Training Consultant and Vice President of Franchise and Business Solutions for RE/MAX LLC in Denver, CO.
