Pessin has been promoted to Chief Learning Officer and Baker is now Vice President of Learning, while the company also named Sturgeon, Executive Vice President, Global Growth.

Realty ONE Group and its coaching and training arm, ONE University (ONE.U) announced in the Fall of 2019 the launch of its new ONE University Learning Management System (LMS) which includes over 2,200 courses and content delivered online. Pessin and Baker, with their combined 55 years in the industry will also continue hosting Recruit UP boot camps throughout the country, In its 2019 four-city tour, Recruit UP resulted in a net gain of over a thousand real estate pros and a potential market shift of over $2.9 Billion in sales.

Sturgeon, who previously held leadership roles at Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX and Motto Mortgage, will continue to lead the company’s rapid growth and expansion around the world. The now global franchisor had a record year in 2019, selling 85 total franchises, surging into six new U.S. states and opening its first two international offices in Canada. Realty ONE Group closed out 2019, on average, signing a new franchise every four days and hiring a new real estate professional every six hours.

With new upgrades to zONE, its sales professional all-in-ONE dashboard and another new launches including a new, Realty ONE Group real estate professionals are positioned to achieve greater success faster. The company and thousands of its affiliates will celebrate these and other accomplishments at its 2020 ONE Summit at the MGM Grand Resort in Las Vegas, NV, Feb. 16-18.
