Recent Study Shows Health Care Worker Confidence Increasing

The Q3 Randstad Healthcare Employee Confidence Index, released in Dec. 2013, showed that 59.2 percent of healthcare employees were confident about the economy, their own job security and the future of their employers. It’s especially good news for both job-seekers and health care companies who plan to recruit new employees; 62 percent of health care workers are confident they can find a new job, with 31 percent saying they plan to seek new employment, and 24 percent believing there are more jobs on the market.
