Prestigious annual recognition represents top 1.5 percent of all real estate agents in the nation
STAMFORD, Conn., June 21, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- A record 70 agents and 10 teams with William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty and Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty were ranked in the 2023 REAL Trends list of "America's Best" real estate professionals, the company announced today.
REAL Trends, one of the most trusted sources of news, analysis and information in residential real estate, partnered with real estate training company Tom Ferry International to release this year's ranking of top performing agents in each state.
According to REAL Trends, agents named to the list represent the top 1.5 percent of all real estate professionals in the nation. Agent rankings are based on performance in 2022.
The list's categories include individuals by sales volume and sides as well as teams of varying sizes by sales volume and sides. In the individuals by sales volume category, 70 agents in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts were honored, while six of those same agents additionally appeared in the individuals by sides category. The small teams by sales volume category included ten teams from the company, with two of those teams also named in the small teams by sides category.
