Renowned recording artist and composer Joe Steven is pleased to announce his new original soundtrack album, "Starman: Mission to Mars," set to release on January 1, 2021.

“Starman: Mission to Mars” awards listeners with an extraordinary experience that is out of this world from beginning to end.

Unlike any of his previous musical endeavors, "Starman: Mission to Mars" eloquently transports the listener on an intergalactic expedition through the universe and transcends time and space as they experience a stunning tribute to human spaceflight and exploration. With each song as equally captivating as the one before, the album's entirety embodies a remarkable story of infinite discovery and human wonder.

When asked what motivated him to compose the album, Joe Steven said, "When I first heard the news that SpaceX opened a launch facility in Boca Chica, Texas, I traveled to see the Starship MK1 spaceship prototype. I was immediately inspired and astounded by its sheer unparalleled existence and wanted to create something as extraordinary and timeless as my experience that day."

“Starman: Mission to Mars” was produced and scored with a full symphony orchestra, mixed with retro and modern synthesizers, and features some world-class musicians including award-winning concert violinist Esther Abrami. While the album is not set to release until January 2021, those who are eager to listen to a glimpse of the breathtaking compositions can do so by streaming/ downloading “Starlight,” a single off the album, which is available now on all major music streaming services.

Joe Steven is an acclaimed recording artist and music composer in the music and film industry. Joe began writing original songs from a young age and later launched a record label and studio company after graduating from university with a business degree. Throughout his musical career, Joe’s music has been streamed in over 50 countries and has collaborated with some of the industry's most prestigious musicians such as Esther Abrami, Michelle Packman, Alexandra Whittingham, Cristina Suey, and GRAMMY® mastering engineers Randy Merrill, Tom Coyne, and Simon Gibson from Abbey Roads Studios in London.
