Red Door Says Cheers to 30 Years with Summer Celebration
SEATTLE, Wash. (PRWEB) May 21, 2018 -- The Red Door, Fremont’s neighborhood craft beer bar, is marking its 30th anniversary in 2018 with a celebration of summer in Seattle. The festivities start in mid-May and include special pricing on shareable cocktails on the patio, patio parties and a monthly Instagram photo contest.
“We wait all year for summer in Seattle,” says Pete Hanning, Red Door owner. “So what better way to thank our customers for 30 memorable years than by helping them have an unforgettable, fun-filled summer.”
Throughout summer, customers can enjoy shareable pitchers of refreshing cocktails on Red Door’s spacious dog-friendly, kid-friendly outdoor patio. At only $17 a pitcher on Thursdays, these seasonal cocktails are the perfect excuse to grab some friends and get summer weekends started early. Offerings include house-made Peach Sangria, the Texas Squeeze (vodka, grapefruit and lime), and a pitcher perfect Spicy Margarita.
The Red Door will also host patio parties all summer long. A rosé event will celebrate the first day of summer on June 21 from 6-9 p.m., and planning is underway for a dog party and beer-centric events to reflect Red Door’s longtime support of the craft beer movement.
Additionally, the restaurant and bar is rolling out a revamped menu featuring new seasonal specials, and gluten-free and vegetarian offerings. For beer geeks, seasonal brews are rotating through the bar’s 22 taps, and a new cask ale has been tapped.
The Red Door is encouraging customers to help celebrate its 30th anniversary and share their love for summer in Seattle by running an Instagram photo contest. To enter, customers can take a photo of their summer fun at Red Door and post it with #reddoorseattle. Monthly winners will receive a $50 gift card and will be featured on Red Door’s social media. The contest will run through September 2018.
