The two retail properties are Grand Plaza, Santa Ana and Peppertree Square, Claremont. The historic office building is 225 N Broadway, Santa Ana.

Grand Plaza encompasses 2511 to 2525 N Grand Avenue in Santa Ana. The plaza is a 40 thousand square foot neighborhood retail center. Businesses located in the center include Keystone Uniforms, Subway Restaurant, and a popular Mexican restaurant, Mariscos El Cangrejo.
Peppertree Square is at the corner of Indian Hill and Arrow Highway, 320-376 S Indian Hill Blvd in Claremont. The 51 thousand square foot retail center is a popular neighborhood center and includes a Dollar Tree, Yum Yum Donuts, Subway Restaurant, Little Caesars, Yocrepe & Boba, and The Upper House.
The REMM Group will begin managing 225 N Broadway on June 1. The historic office building is located at the corner of 2nd and Broadway, in the bustling Downtown Santa Ana Historic District. Businesses in the building include Chapter One: The Modern Local, an upscale tavern adopting ambiance from the former historic bookstore location. AkinsParker Creative, an ad agency and design studio located in the upstairs area, and The Copper Door, a below-ground bar. This beautiful 6,000 square foot basement bar hosts live music, DJs, dancers, painters, and two billiards tables.
