Richer has been a member of the HSMAI Revenue Management Advisory Board for 2 years and has an extensive background in developing and executing effective revenue management strategies for luxury boutique hotel chain, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. She joined RedAwning's executive team as CMO in early 2018 to help lead RedAwning through rapid international and national expansion of its property portfolio, and continuing RedAwning's drive to bring the trust, ease, and convenience of hotel-style booking and services to the largest single network of vacation homes and apartments worldwide.

The panel discussion will be led by industry leaders Arvind Bala from Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, and Karen Caldwell from Vail Resorts, and will cover current lodging supply data, accommodation operating models, the increasingly complex distribution landscape and how to stay on top of the hottest trends in the alternative accommodation space.
