Courtroom Insight, developer of the first expert witness and arbitrator knowledge management platform, announced today that the global law firm, Reed Smith, has selected Courtroom Insight to organize and manage its information about expert witnesses and arbitrators.

A top 20 global law firm, Reed Smith’s 1,500 lawyers operate from 30 offices around the world. The firm’s Knowledge Management team focuses on legal and client intelligence, process improvement and practice innovation to create exceptional client value.

After creating a Task Force to evaluate alternatives to sending firmwide email communications, Reed Smith selected Courtroom Insight to improve upon its knowledge sharing process. Courtroom Insight’s customizations and integrations with valuable external content were key decision factors for the Task Force.
