Regional Patient Experience Pop-Up Events Announced by The Beryl Institute
DALLAS (PRWEB) May 31, 2018 -- The Beryl Institute announces 2018 Regional Patient Experience (PX) Pop-Up events to be held in Houston, Tex., Phoenix, Ariz., New York City, N.Y., Berkeley, Calif. and Tampa, Fla. Expanding the dialogue around patient experience performance, PX Pop-Ups draw on the knowledge of the healthcare community to share insight supporting patient experience efforts at their own organizations to improve the experience of patients, their families and caregivers.
Designed to facilitate networking opportunities and build the local patient experience community, these lunch and learn events provide the opportunity to further network with colleagues in their region and engage in facilitated discussion to share ideas, hear successful strategies and learn from other challenges on patient experience improvement.
2018 dates and host site organizations include:
- September 13 – Hosted by MD Anderson Cancer Center
- September 27 – Hosted by Banner Health
- October 3 – Hosted by New York-Presbyterian Hospital
- October 25 – Hosted by Kaiser Permanente
- November 2 – Hosted by Tampa General Hospital
Each Pop-Up event offers unique perspectives and lessons around improving patient experience for healthcare professionals at all levels. Participants will make connections with other patient experience leaders, be inspired to continue the journey to improve patient experience and take away new ideas to enhance their organization’s patient experience efforts.
