Effective September 1, 2026, the company's acquisitions, sales, renovations, realty, and property management services all operate under one name. The result is one team and one trusted brand at every stage of real estate ownership, whether people are building an investment portfolio, buying or selling a home, or renting one.
The move also positions REI Nation to grow its property management services. The company currently manages more than 8,200 properties across the Southeast, valued at over $2 billion. REI Nation now offers third-party property management, bringing its extensive expertise and exceptional customer service to a growing number of real estate investors.
Beyond property management, REI Nation is building on its established realty division by expanding its retail home buying and selling services, bringing more than two decades of real estate expertise to more homebuyers and sellers across its markets.
