SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 27, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Reinvent Telecom has added three VoIP engineers and a partner success specialist to support the rapid growth of its white-label reseller partner program for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Collaboration, Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and SIP Trunking solutions. The company also has promoted two existing team members to new roles inside the growing wholesale organization.
Reinvent's Partner Program is supported by experienced technical, sales and marketing professionals who assist reseller partners with planning, launching and selling cloud communications solutions. The recent hires will strengthen those efforts as the company continues to sign and onboard new reseller partners.
Reinvent's new team members include:
Robert Pauls, VoIP Engineer III: Pauls has spent most of his 30-year telecom career managing switching equipment and translations, and working with transport systems. Prior to joining Reinvent, he assisted Cincinnati Bell with several initiatives and worked for 10 years at Metaswitch Networks as a customer service engineer. He has managed the rollout of SONET fiber-optic systems, switch sites, digital subscriber line access multiplexers (DSLAMs), and more than 100 digital loop carriers (DLCs). At Reinvent, he will be part of the network operations center (NOC) team, which provides support to partners and their customers with provisioning and technical support.
Kevin Stalker, VoIP Engineer II: Stalker has nearly 30 years of IT and telecommunications industry experience. He has deep knowledge of the Metaswitch Networks product suite and extensive experience with designing, developing, configuring and supporting VoIP systems, as well as managing migrations from legacy systems to the Metaswitch platform. He has worked for Reinvent in the past and returns to the company as part of the NOC team, supporting partners and their customers with provisioning and technical support.
Jeff Cothrun, VoIP Engineer I: Cothrun is a VoIP support specialist with many years of experience in VoIP and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), VoIP LAN/WAN implementation, testing and troubleshooting, as well as customer service. He comes to Reinvent from Mitel where he spent 10 years as a senior technical support specialist. He joins Reinvent as part of the NOC team, supporting partners and their customers with provisioning and technical support.
Jessica Glass, Partner Success Specialist: Glass spent three years as a customer care manager for CloudNet Group, a Reinvent reseller. She has extensive experience with using Reinvent tools, including MetaView Web and the Reinvent Partner Portal (RPP). Her role is to support partners with quotes, applications, demos and sales orders.
In addition, Reinvent also has promoted two team members:
- David Ansehl, Director, Wholesale Channel: The former senior channel manager's duties have expanded to overseeing the company's reseller partner program and driving new initiatives that enhance partner communications and support.
- Julia Dengate, Sales Engineer: Dengate is taking her VoIP engineering skills from the NOC to the sales department to assist partners with ongoing technical and provisioning training and support as well as application and demo support.
