The workflow begins with the user's instructions and source information. Users can direct an Agentic Agent of their choice to work from supplier specification sheets, Certificates of Analysis containing relevant nutritional data, uploaded test values, USDA records or manually prepared ingredient information. The agent can use those sources to populate new ingredient records or compare and update existing records, subject to the user's verification of entered values. Once the ingredient information is established, users can instruct the agent to modify permitted panel-record fields, including ingredient selections, formulation quantities, serving sizes, serving amounts and panel options. Panelgea then applies its programmed calculations and panel-generation rules to the updated inputs. For example, a formulation consultant can provide a supplier specification and revised formulation, direct the agent to check or update the relevant ingredient record, adjust the formula and serving information, generate the revised facts panel, and retrieve the artwork for final review.
