She now takes on the role of COO at RelationEdge to guide the company in delivering their full services to a wider range of clients. She continues her alliance with the university as a mentor and commended speaker. Emilie maintains active affiliations with numerous organizations, including Microsoft's Voices for Innovation. She is also a Dean's Advisory Board Member and Foundation Board Member for the California State University, San Marcos.
