Skinny Paw will partner with chemical-free coconut oil brand, Skinny & Co., LETS and the Renand Foundation on a mission to bring jobs and stability to the women of Haiti with the launch of new pet shampoo
INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- When multiple women come together on a project, you can bet there's a substantial objective behind it. Skinny Paw, a new business partnering with chemical –free revolutionary brand, Skinny & Co., to embark on a new venture by bringing women and non-profit organizations together to launch their Kickstarter November 1st – used to unveil their new 100% chemical-free Pet Shampoo Bar, Skinny Paw. Made with Skinny and Co.'s coconut oil and pure essential oils, Skinny Paw cleans and replenishes your pet's skin and coat naturally without using the unnatural ingredients you find in most pet shampoos.
While delighted to develop such a world class pet shampoo, Skinny Paw wants to make a lasting impact on the world. They've teamed up with LETS and the Renand Foundation to create a production facility in Haiti – designed to empower Haitian women by giving them the opportunity to manufacture Skinny Paw. This initiative will not only serve women in Haiti by helping them escape poverty and support their families, but more importantly will allow their children the chance to get a solid education – creating a lasting legacy for generations to come. The women of Skinny Paw chose the Renand Foundation for its stellar record in Haiti protecting children, providing education and improving the economy.
The four notable women on this mission include:
- Kristin Van Wey is a doTERRA Blue Diamond Wellness Advocate and the Founder and Director of LETS, a global non-profit whose mission is to end child trafficking through prevention of unwanted pregnancy and through fertility and health education. - Michelle Manningham is the Director of Sales for Living Royal, creator of Texi Boots - The Original Pink Sole™ and founder of The Heart and Sole Conference. Michelle has years of experience, including the Sales Director at Poo-Pourri and Vice President of Marketing at a leading trade show management firm. Her vast knowledge of retail sales will put Skinny Paw on store shelves in 2019.
- Joy Reese, NMD is a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and is passionate about health through the use of therapeutic methods which encourage the person's inherent self -healing process. As the Vice President and Director of Sales at Skinny & Co., Joy will bring her manufacturing and product expertise into the development of Skinny Paw.
- Ann Ewing is a corporate attorney in California. Her passion for supporting women and her business expertise has been and will continue to be indispensable in the development of the Skinny Paw company.
To achieve this goal, these women are launching the Kickstarter on November 1st for Skinny Paw. Their initial goal is to raise $30,000, but if they reach $100,000 in funding, they'll guarantee the Haitian production facility will be up and running by July 1st, 2019.
This project will accomplish the Skinny Paw mission of giving back to the communities where they source their products from – while changing many lives in Haiti. Skinny Paw is not only a natural and pure product you can feel good about using on your pets, but you can feel good about how it's made, too.
