Renaissance has completed its acquisition of Nearpod as planned on March 12, 2021. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. Nearpod offers an interactive instructional platform that merges real-time formative assessment and dynamic media for live and self-paced learning experiences inside and outside of the classroom.
