Renaissance has completed its acquisition of Nearpod as planned on March 12, 2021. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. Both organizations are excited to begin their collaboration to realize Renaissance’s vision of empowering educators and accelerating student growth by combining live instruction and in-the-moment insights with personalized practice and assessment.
