With a record number of clients choosing Renodis to manage their telecom and mobility environments in 2019, we are excited to appoint these three outstanding individuals to key leadership positions within our organization.
SAINT PAUL, Minn. (PRWEB) January 14, 2020
Renodis, a Telecom and Mobility Management Company focused on freeing clients from telecom frustrations, is pleased to announce record growth in 2019 as well as the additional leadership appointments of Mike Plekkenpol as Executive Director - Operations and Technology, Kim Kopas as Senior Manager Client Engagement, and Brian Lauer as Controller.
Craig Beason, Renodis CEO and Founder stated, “With a record number of clients choosing Renodis to manage their telecom and mobility environments in 2019, we are excited to appoint these three outstanding individuals to key leadership positions within our organization.”
“Mike was a clear choice to lead Renodis Operations and Technology as well as join our Executive Team. In his four years with Renodis, he has led the development of our proprietary Vision™ platform, a purpose-built, cloud-based technology platform used to manage the lifecycle of client communications environments including assets, locations, spend/GL, contracts, tickets, and SLA. His experience with Renodis as well as his deep background in client-focused technology consulting makes him a tremendous addition to the leadership team,” states Beason.
“In Kim’s new appointment as Senior Manager Client Engagement, she will lead a team with over 150 years of telecom experience capabilities and drive new processes and programs to further Renodis’ focus on client experience. Kim is a seasoned telecom veteran herself with over thirty years’ experience in numerous key leadership roles with Verizon in Account Management and Service Program Management,” says Beason.
“Brian has been a critical part of the Renodis finance and accounting team for over seven years” Beason noted. “His promotion to Controller recognizes Brian’s impressive ability to grow and adapt as our organization has become more complex. As we redouble our growth efforts, both organically and through acquisition, I am comforted to know Brian will be keeping an ever-watchful eye on the complexity that comes with such growth.”
For enterprises in numerous industries, Renodis’ end-to-end telecom and mobility services provide better outcomes, lower the direct and indirect costs of telecom and mobility, and enable organizations to focus on more strategic business initiatives.
“The explosion of cloud technologies, an ever-increasing mobile workforce, and a telecom industry that’s even more difficult than ever to navigate the nuances of technologies and vendors - has put IT leaders in a difficult position,” states Beason. “IT is being asked to innovate and help transform the enterprise through technology, however they’re still bogged down with the operations of managing enterprise communications to best-in-class standards. That’s why we exist. Our model is different and driven by our clients’ best interests. As one Renodis client stated, ‘Renodis is my insulation from telecom chaos.’”
Beason adds, “Another significant contributing factor to Renodis’ exponential growth over the past few years has been our use of the management methodology EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System. Our entire organization knows where we’re going, how we plan to provide the most value possible to our clients, and execute that vision every day with accountability and focus on our healthy, cohesive culture.”
