GRANTS PASS, Ore., Dec. 19, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Rentec Direct, the highest-rated property management software solution, has partnered with its local Salvation Army branch to participate in the annual Angel Tree program. The Angel Tree program provides clothes and toys for one million children across the country each year, and this year Rentec Direct was able to provide gifts for children in its local area.

In previous years, Rentec Direct has sponsored a family in need by providing a holiday meal through a local organization. This year, the property management software company chose to expand their seasonal philanthropy by contributing to the Angel Tree program. Rentec Direct team members voluntarily worked with the local Grants Pass Salvation Army to purchase gifts for children.
The Salvation Army Angel Tree program allows anonymous donors to "adopt" children who usually have to go without gifts during the holiday season. Found in local malls, companies and churches, Angel Trees are decorated with angel tags displaying the name, age and gender of a child in need of holiday assistance. Donors remove as many tags as they wish from the tree and in turn purchase gifts for the child described on the angel tag. Angels are "adopted" in early December and gifts are distributed to children before Christmas.
