Cushman and Reed bring more than 30 years of combined customer service experience to Rentec Direct.

Rentec Direct’s Client Success Team works with new and existing clients to help foster positive relationships and ensure clients are successful in their ongoing use of the Rentec Direct software. Cushman and Reed will provide phone and online support and software training, work with clients to troubleshoot any challenges they may encounter while using the platform, and process any necessary forms and documents associated with new applications.
Cushman has a background in business administration, retail management and customer service in a variety of industries. She joins the Rentec Direct team from OOGP Vision Group, where she was a customer service representative responsible for placing, tracking and troubleshooting orders, prescriptions and invoices. Her ability to multitask, quickly problem solve and work effectively on a team will help her provide outstanding service for Rentec Direct customers.
Reed brings his extensive experience in managing and training new employees, developing and managing service desks, customer communication and quality assurance to the Client Success Team. He most recently worked as a Product Training Manager for Ministry Brands where he managed and trained service desk employees. He looks forward to using his technical skills and commitment to excellence to help Rentec Direct clients use the software platform as efficiently and effectively as possible.
