Each year, an average of 250,000 veterans transition into civilian life, which can be extremely challenging. Renters Warehouse and Recon Realty want to empower veterans to not only successfully reintegrate into society, but to do so in a way that impacts the economy, communities, and ultimately, the country, in a BIG way, while also helping to secure their financial future.

The vision? Empower 10,000 military veterans across the country to own America through rehabbing, building, and developing a community as they reintegrate. Together, Renters Warehouse and Recon Realty will provide veterans with unprecedented access to resources and people, data, boots on the ground support.

Founded by Marine Corps Sergeant, Real Estate Entrepreneur, and Co-Host of HGTV’s Flip or Flop - Fort Worth, Recon Realty is a benefit corporation that deploys select veterans into communities primed for revitalization, empowering each Veteran with a clearly defined mission: to impact our country, economy, and community positively. Recon Realty hopes to enable the 5% of Americans that defend the country to take ownership of 1% of the housing stock in the country.
